Quotes provided in response to inquiries are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to a formal agreement.

For international clients: nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written Service Agreement we sign with you, constitute the entire agreement between you and LMS Capital LLC concerning the Site.
